  The restaurant is also basement level but does have one wall of large Windows and nice soft lighting, I found it to be a comforting atmosphere the staff are fabulous and although kept extremely busy always have time for you if you need anything, all are cheerful and well presented.

  Had an enjoyable stay and would recommend it. The hotel it self is more suited to adults. Food was of a varied and high standard and the cleaners did a very good job in keeping the rooms clean and tidy.

  Great location, lovely atmosphere and really friendly staff, great for kids too, no parking even though it is advertised, buffet restaurants very nice but very crowded. Need to pay for safe in room. Nice rooms. Very noisy until midnight and there is a color changing hotel opposite the street view rooms. No chance of getting a sun bed and there was even an announcement about all towels will be removed from pool area if you are not there by 10am! Single mother and child staying 2 nights in half board, I'm sure there are better/cheaper options. We were out both days so if you are just using the hotel as a base it was very expensive.

  The food is buffet style, hot when you put it on your plate but depending how long you take to get back to your table,cools slightly but can not be helped, they have provided a microwave if you want it hotter,there is a good choice of hot and cold food each day,and a wide range of deserts,they have tried hard to cater for all tastes.

  This is a really pleasant hotel for a three star,lovely and clean, comfy rooms,could be made better by the addition of a kettle but that personal preference, you can buy tea and coffee from the bars,to which there are three,with my favourite being the explorer, good music and service.

  They also have a heated indoor pool,and the very nice spa in the basement floor,well worth a visit.
