  We had a fantastic time Christmas and new year, our room 1006 was clean, large and what we expected. The beds gave a very good night's sleep. Lifts worked well and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The dining room was great, good choice of food at all times and was always clean, the staff were friendly and worked very hard. We stayed on a all incucive basis, the bar staff were friendly and efficient with a good choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The one down side to the stay was the €9 charge to use the indoor swimming pool, when we booked we thought our booking included the use of the pool, but it did not, the Dynastic Web page and literature in the hotel is also misleading when it says guest in superior rooms can use the indoor pool, if fails to say at an extra charge. Also the WiFi is quiet expensive to use at the hotel.

  The furniture is tired and needs replacing. The food is bland with little flavour. There's a couple of microwaves that people are using to worm their food. This shouldn't be necessary.

  Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath.

  Food good, but could be more choice, entertainment was poor when we were there. Parking, I was with disabled mother and vehicle with blue EU disabled parking card, the hotel still charged €15.30 per day to park in there disabled blue parking space, don't no if this is allowed under EU LAW. Anyway this is a game changer for any more visit's at this hotel. To finish on a good note all staff are very nice and helpful, hotel is very clean and rooms very large and pleasant. So I would not dismiss this hotel but its just not for me. John ( Scotland )

  Nothing is included unless your all inclusive. We where half board and had to pay for a glass of water with the evening meal!.

  Hotel is value for money, not the best ive stayed in but still very good. 5 star rating because the weather was amazing...... the place, Benidorm is amazing... And every day was fantastic. Would stay in Dynastic again.

  On a good note, the hotel is clean, rooms serviced daily and the spa facilities are good. €9 per day if your not all inclusive.
