  After several emails I received no more response from them. They have a 28 day waiting period. We're on day 44 now and have not seen any money yet or any reaction. I have been civilized every time with my email but I'm going to turn on a lawyer now. This is pure theft. NEVER go travel with this company. Once they have your money you can drop dead.

  picked up at 11:45 pm. we Have been waiting there from 11:15 am until 12:19 Then I Just called where the bus stayed. They told me that they Forgot us ( 9 people ? ) Then they told me, there would be another bus arriving in 15 to 20 minutes ,who would bring us directly to the airport. At 12:44 o'clock i called again where the bus stayed .. they say it had a delay. I Had to call them again after 10 minutes if the bus was not there. I Called again at 12:55. Then they told me the bus stood in the Village. Meanwhile the departure time came very much near, we would fly (15:15 hours) and it is more then an hour's drive to Barcelona. At 13:01 we took 2 taxis to get tot the airport to be on time on the plane This has cost

  Terrible Experience. My flight was to arrive in Barcelona at 2:50pm. It Arrived in Barcelona at 2:20pm, but there qas only one passport both at immigration, and it took us 1 hour 20 minutes to go through immigration. When we came out, at 3:40 (still under 1 hour after flight was scheduled to arrive), a representative said they had already left. They said I could not go on the next one because it was full. i would have to wait 3HOURS!! And when I asked them to call for me since I had no local mobile phone, they said NO, so I had to pay for another transfer!! and now they will not refund my money! For the return shuttle, they will not even pick me up at the hotel, but are making me walk with my luggage. horrible service. Never book them!!!

  They'll leave you stranded. They don't answer emails nor phone calls. They are super keen on taking your money but after that you are dropped. Staff blag you off until you give up - but trust me, I'm not giving up!!!! I will go to the offices in Benidorm and collect the money for the taxi fare after leaving me stranded. I am a single woman travelling on my own.The stress this company causes without a care in the world is unbelievable !!
