  Although I was in a standard room it was spotless and towels changed every day, downside for me was no mini fridge in room (there is in superior rooms) beds were hard. All staff were friendly and approachable, reception staff spoke very good English, I would definitely go back as the hotel was in a fantastic location but it would have to be a superior room next time. The roof terrace is fantastic.

  What we paid for it Was good value in the right place .Have no problem with staff was only half board eating out was cheep enough beach 2 minutes walk town right in front of you. Was a very busy place I've no problem booking again .

  Having read the reviews after booking I was not looking forward to my stay. But what a surprise!! The hotel was lovely very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good not a lot of choice but enough to please most people. Other guests voiced their surprise on how nice the hotel was as they had also seen the bad reviews. Hotel pool wasn't open but my visit was early in the year. Roof terrace was lovely to sunbathe on and had views of the sea and the mountains. Location superb 50m from the beach shops and bars in walking distance and a taxi rank right outside. Enjoyed my stay so much have booked to return in May. My advice, take no notice of the bad reviews and give the hotel a try.

  Need to upgrade for a decent room. The food is mainly for Spanish, once you have checked out you can not use the hotel bars if you have a late flight. Also if you have a morning flight no breakfast as breakfast starts at eight. I would not book all incisive again. On the good side the staff are helpful and attentive, maybe smile from the bar staff wouldn't hurt, and the location of the hotel is great.
