  Anyone who is coming to Benidorm and looking for somewhere to stay we would certainly recommend this hotel it is spotless,food good such a selection and plenty of it .No queing at meal times.The staff are all very smart , nice ,friendly and helpful,especialy in the dining room.

  Oh yes it was my birthday on the 30th and during the day whilst out the hotel left a bottle of cava in an ice bucket for me ,Thankyou Sandos Monaco.It made my day

  The major down of the restaurant was the constant and very annoying habit of the aged diners, who kept making a horrible noise constantly moving chairs across the floor.

  Good hotel. Food choice is excellent as is AI spirit drinks. May be critical of lack of beer choice, only 1 lager, not premium, no cider. 3 star Ai in Benidorm now have a lager and cider choice so why not this 4*. Lifts can be very slow for this 14+ story hotel and over bath shower not thermostatic so goes cold then very hot. Staff generally competent and friendly. Overall we are happy after 2 weeks and with another 2 weeks to go (January) it should prove to be a great escape from UK weather.
