    I have spent many years here with my family but unfortunately this will be the last one here even the staff are off sick with depression and the last remaining one is walking round waiting to be sacked.

    One tip for guests, Found out that the complaints form you fill out make sure you post it to head office as only the good reviews make it to head office the others get put into the bin.

    Very well kept. Meals lovely with lots of variety. Welcoming staff and the entrance is decorated in the christmas theme. Lovely.

    My friend and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Rialto. This hotel was great. Firstly, the food was excellent. The room was basic but spotless. The maids were in every day and fresh towels every day. The staff were so nice and friendly. Great location. I will definitely return next year.

    First time at the rialto for Christmas and New year staff very friendly rooms cleans and towels changed every day and food lovely and not to far from beech and the town. would recommend this hotel as it's quiet at night and thank you to all the staff for making us welcome

    As my father is disabled and needs a mobility scooter to get around also the servigroup have decided to stop any guests from parking and charging there mobility scooters on there premises.

    Hotel clean, food good and plenty, Christmas ok, New Year very good with the exception of the delay in serving the gala meal, we ate our dessert at 11:30, an explanation would of helped. Having said that we would return.

    The hotel has changed for the worst even top management and owners are aware but no change for the last two years.
