  This was a last minute hotel as we had major problems with magic Cristal park hotel and thankfully this hotel accepted us last minute otherwise our whole holiday would be screwed. Staff were lovely food was nice and fresh all together the place is very clean and welcoming WiFi works great verandas and room are very nice comfy and presentable bathrooms are great and really wish I could take the bath back with me, pool area is nice and clean same as the dining area all channels are in Spanish but it didn't phase us much as we barely used it and had WiFi of we needed to watch something but overall amazing and would go back without hesitation

  This is a no frills accommodation. The staff are efficient though not over welcoming. The food is fresh & prepared well but is definately NOT aimed at the British market. You really need to bring your own kettle with you (or be prepared to not get a decent cup of tea) I was shocked when we went down for dinner to find that they turn off ALL the drinks machines & then charge you 2.20 euros for a bottle of water.! I was also shocked to find that there is no fridge in the rooms.! In a place as hot as Benidorm, I would have expected a fridge to be installed as standard.

  Stayed in May rooms basic but cleaned everyday and fresh towels also hairdryer provided. Food plenty of choice at meal times bit off everything Enjoyed stay very close to beach and nightlife and hotel quiet in the evenings . Pool area clean and nice to relax with cheap beer at bar . Language barrier with staff but ordered taxis for us when needed booked again for nov . Bargain for the price !!!!!!

  Overall:- a basic form of accomodation that the owners could command so much more with just a little bit of investment.

  This hotel is close to beach and nightlife. The room is basic. The food is good. The staff all seemed miserable. I will stay here again but only because of location and the food.

  Much better than expected. Good location, decent food, cheap drinks, lovely pool area, sea view. The room I stayed in was basic and in desperate need of renovation, but another room used by our party was fine. Not much entertainment in the hotel, but that was good as it meant less noise at night. All in all, a great hotel for the price and would definitely recommend.
