  Very clean modern hotel near the beach and restaurants. Provides nightly entertainment. Very friendly staff. The kitchen forgot to prepare our gluten free picnics but did them in a hurry for us in time. Warm, comfortable rooms.

  The thing that let the hotel down was the entertainment, it was very poor. Every night seemed to be circus or animal type acts, or just dancing to played music. The notices were all over the place and half the time what was advertised wasn't what was on.

  Nice hotel near all bars etc. Ideal for couple of days break. Guy on reception was very very good, welcoming and knowledgeable. Not a huge fan of Benidorm but for a couple of days would stay here again.

  Well laid out reception with disabled access. Lifts to floors. Clean dining room with nice selection of food. Basic but comfortable rooms. Small tv in room, gym, bar & some evening entertainment. Located 10 mins from beach & central location

  Overall I wouldn't go back to this hotel again but its all about what you want, its still a lovely hotel.

  The hotel is very nice and the staff very courteous and helpful. The rooms were spotless. We both found the pillows very uncomfortable but the beds were lovely. The balconies could do with a tidy up.

  Lovely hotel. Staff all nice. Happy hour 1.30 till 6.30. The food was good selection but it was not very warm unless it had just been brought from kitchen. Great location close to bars but still quiet. Would defo stay again

  There was a huge variety of food to chose from to suit all nationalities but a lot of it wasn't to my liking. This doesn't mean there was anything wrong with it, its just personal taste.
