  Lovely hotel. Far enough away from the strip to be quite quiet and have a good mix of guests. Rooms are clean and housekeeping tidy up daily. Pool area is nice and very clean too. Breakfast is fab, items change daily. Very pleasantly surprised to see black pudding on it yesterday!

  Decent swimming pool, not very well situated if you want the beach close. The food is terrible, I have been to many 4 star hotels but this one is one of the worst foodwise. Lack of variety and also the quality isn't very good either. The desserts were poor and the cheap ice cream melted. It's a shame that the few basic things like beds and pillows are also neglected. Good because it has a mini indoor play area and a few slides outside for kids, but definitely not worthy of 4 stars.

  Here you have a choice of several pools. The one on the roof which is for adults only offers stunning views of Benidorm and the surrounding areas. On the ground floor there is a large outside pool with bar facilities. Inside is the spa pool and Jacuzzis.

  Went to the benidorm palace and was perfect location to go see it. The hotel was nice, a few minor things would have made it better like bathroom leaked. Bar and swimming pool was very nice, didn't get time to visit spa but still nice.

  Lovely hotel spotlessly clean and modern, rooms spacious cleaned every day with clean towels. Fantastic range of food breakfast and evening meal. Good facilities all round, definitely recommend.
