  When I was in Benidorm, rooms were nice, a few hairs on my pillows though. The single bed i was sleeping in was a bit scratchy. I had heatstroke and stayed in the room, when room service arrived they shouted at me until i got out. Not the nicest place but made a few mates there.

  Located in the quiet area of benidorm, mostly Spanish guests and typically Spanish food. The British who stay here are mainly for 4 weeks or more, we just had a week. About a 5 minute walk to the old town or 20 minutes away from the Blackpool end

  Lovely friendly hotel. Lots of Spanish staying there in may which told us the food was going to be good! We are going back again this year. Very close to the old town which I love with its bars and restaurants and of course tapas alley!

  Fourth time here now,so that says something.The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful etc.Food is good and plentiful,all outside amenities like pool area are of an excellent standard.wil certainly be back

  The hotel is very nice, and a 5 minute walk to the beach.There are many shops close by and the old town is bustling with bars and restaurants.The staff were very welcoming, efficient and helpful. The food was very good with a large variation, catering for all. The entertainment was good and we particularly enjoyed learning the Spanish dances with the entertainment manager, Hilda. We will definitely return to this hotel. It was a lovely holiday, great hotel, with a great atmosphere, full credit is given to all the staff. J.Redford
