  Nice place... tidy and convenient... shame the mini market wasn't open longer and all day. Also fresh towels would of been nice. I would stay again though.

  We stayed here for a week in December. When we arrived and checked in, toilet seat was broken in the room, had to phone to get it fixed, room very dated.. 3 days into our stay, we were having breakfast, when one of your staff came into our room, started searching our wardrobe and drawers, looking for cigarettes that the guests before us supposed to have left behind, why wait untill 3 days before coming to our room, and why did housekeeping not notice when she was cleaning the room if the cigarettes were there.. This was not acceptable, while I was still in my pyjamas.. Also didn't sleep well, as a dog constantly barking late at night.. We tried dinner one night, food was awful, not worth 12.50 euros.. I stayed here a few years ago, and its not the same anymore, standards have went down. You only get fresh towels once a week.. Wouldn't stay again..

  It was great it had a park an indoor pool but there was glass over it so you could see outside and they would open it in summer they also have a outdoor pool that had slides waterslides.Every night there would be a mini disco and then after would be something fun e.g live music or magic show there is also a game room. The only down side is u have to pay for WiFi 5 euro per person per day and u have to pay for the TV too. Very freindly staff. Maid doesn't always come. Not the softest beds but it was still a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely go back.

  These apartments/hotel is clean and friendly. Our bathroom could do with a bit of a face lift but it was OK. Would definitely come back again. There is a hill which is fine going down but a bit of a killer coming back up

  Great place to stay, Staff fantastic & helpful. Brill pool for families with kids, small on site supermarket quite good, large bar cafe good for snacks & small meals, there is also a full restaurant and all are reasonably priced. Rooms are a good size & would easily take 4 adults, nice and clean. Good fridge freezer microwave oven kettle toaster & cooking hobs. You can walk down into Old Benidorm which is good to explore with loads of shops ,. small bars. A taxi into Benidorm Main Town is about 8:50-9:00 Euros. I love the place and cannot wait to come again
