  Stayed there recently for a hen party. Bar lady was extremely nice and welcoming shame this can't be said for the hotel owners. Considering it's advertised as a hen and stag establishment no fun was allowed. I was told to take my inflatable out the pool when we was having fun and joining in with other group we also at one point got told to keep the noise down (probably the quietest hen party in Benidorm). I just wouldn't recommend for a hen or stag weekend where you want to let your hair down and have fun. Even the locals almost started a fight with a stag group kicking all their drinks over because they were having a laugh and joke in the pool. Shame really as the bar and the organisers of the weekend were lovely.

  DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK OR RENT THESE APARTMENTS. I came here on a family holiday with my aunt cousins and sisters. 2 weeks of complete and utter torture, we arrived at 11pm at night with letters stating the reception and bar doesn't close until 12pm, we had to get people from the hotel to let us through the gate to ring the hotel manger to come down and give us keys which took half an hour. I've stayed in dirty places before doing work in poor areas and this apartment was by far the worse I've ever ever ever seen or lived in! EVERYDAY I felt like bugs were eating and crawling all over me. The washing machine didn't work, the lights didn't work, beds are broke, there was 6 of us laying in ONE BED, the tables, beds, lamps the whole layout is awful nothing matches and nothing is clean. No one ever comes in and cleans. We laid with the same sheets on the beds for 2 weeks! Pointy screws having out of the chairs that stabbed me number of times we also had a 10 year old with us and it just wasn't for kids at all! Far to many hazards. The room has no TV, no air con not even a van. You've to buy your own toilet roll and towels! There is barely any food served down stairs chips is what we only ever got, we asked where we could get food and the staffs reply was "here" we then said no pizzas etc and she replied "google it". No help was given for any directions. You have to pay 3 Euro each for a sun launcher and if you wanted to sit in the shade of just sit at the table to cool down you weren't allowed unless you were buying something!! The hotel manager has a dog and cuts the dogs hair beside the POOL, my 10 year old sister was playing round the pool and busted her foot open due to smashed glass round the pool!! There are also people in the apartments who bring dogs in, these dogs peed in the lift and all over the hall and was left there without cleaning! ( I have pictures to prove it) You have men staring all day long at you, some man actually took pictures of us! The bar staff is also so rude shouting at kids over the silliest things. The 3rd night in I noticed my bum, inner thighs and feet were red itchy and covered in lumps to soon realise the apartment was COVERED IN BED BUGS. I myself have photos of these bed bugs and the damage they caused to my skin. Due to reception closing early all of us 6 girls were forced to sit on chairs all night with no sleep waiting on reception to open the next day so we could get this solved, half 8 came and we noticed the hotel manager was down stairs we told him the room walls/beds were crawling with bed bugs and he "didn't know what bed bugs where" apparently!!! To then be told we don't open till half 9 so come speak to me then, I was fuming with how unprofessional the staff are, not one bit of care was given! We then approached him at half 9 for no questions to be asked or answered he just said oh well give you new sheets, we augured we wanted moved room considering we've been here 3 days so were moved rooms with no questions asked no sorry no one even checked the room for bed bugs. RESEARCH BED BUGS you are basically screwed if you get them. 5 days after being moved rooms someone else was in our apartments and I doubt very much if the staff didn't no what bed bugs were that they even bothered cleaning the room out. It then caused us a load of hassle whenever we travelled home we had to leave all clothes and suitcases at apartment as we didn't want to bring home the big bugs this was the worse place ever I've ever stayed and I've travelled for years. STAY AWAY!!!! We also found a condom behind our sofa after moving the sofa so everyone could sit together to have a drink (which I have pictures of to) This review sounds crazy and people probs think I've ripped the arse out of it but I haven't!

  Spent 2 weeks here with husband and 3 girls aged 15,12 and 7. Pool was amazing and we had a pool view. Some hens and stags came and went but all where fairly quiet and behaved. Some locals stay at the apartments so they also had young children and family pop in and out. Washing machine was a god send when there is 5 to wash for. Did see very large cockcroaches at night. But they don't do you any harm and my hubby sorted them out for me. You pay for wifi it's not free. Rooms where cozy and so was the whole apartment. Would come and stay again as it's central to the places we needed to go to.
