  This was a surprise holiday to Benidorm as I'd never been before. All the horror stories about food are I believe unfounded as food supplied throughout our visit was high quality and varied for everyone.

  Vet good hotel, but if you want a sunbed you better be at the door waiting at 6AM, and it is literally a race to get a sunbed, people literally run it is quite comical to watch from the balcony... But overall Very nice hotel and close to all the bars and clubs...

  The Xmas meal absolutely amazing. So much food to choose from, something for everyone, and so much to drink. The staff work so hard to make it a good day for everyone. You are spoilt for choice. Explorers and ambassador put on aperitifs and sparkling 'punch wine in the morning to give you a taster and stem your appetite till your Xmas buffet meal.

  Good hotel. Meals very nice but disappointed that water has to be purchased. Rooms nice of a little basic. Make sure you pack some form of multi plug as there are only 2 sockets in the room, one of which gets taken up of you opt to have a fridge.

  We stayed in at night at the local bar and a couple of nights around town what a great night out.
