  I'll start by saying that our driver was excellent and responsible. But the compliments stop there. I'm sure I don't understand all the logistics of operating such a venture, but it just seems to me that something is flawed with this company's business model. We booked 12 hours before we arrived at Alicante airport, and were subjected to a dubious 5 euro surcharge for booking with less than 24 hours until arrival. That brought out total to 66 euros for two people, travelling from Alicante to Denia. For this, we endured a total trip time of four hours. We first got on our bus at 8:45 at night, where we proceeded to wait 1.5 hours for one additional passenger. Then we endured a never-ending milk run, driving from one obscure stop to another, including one stop deep into the relatively remote location of Cumbre del Sol. Finally arrived in Denia at one AM. Next time, for the extra 35 euros, we won't hesitate to take a taxi, which takes about just over one hour.

  I’ve never come across such rude customer service. I booked a private transfer with them to Alicante and paid upfront 69 euros. They confirmed everything over the phone and then no driver showed up the next night. Tried to call them but though they provide services 24h, they DON’T support in the evenings & nights. Unfortunately as it was night we missed the flight. After something like that you would expect big apologies, quick refund and some minimum reimbursement. Not with this company. They didn't even wanted to make a refund and they were so RUDE that I had to tell them that otherwise I will have to report a FRAUD and after this they eventually returned the money. However for the whole time they were LYING about almost everything. 1. They told me that all this is my fault, as if I read confirmation I would know that they made a mistake. The problem was that they also didn't send me the confirmation. 2 And again they told me that if called them that I haven't received the email they would resend it. However how am I supposed to know that I should get an email, as they didn't tell me anything like that over the phone. I could continue to list all their lies but there’s no point in doing so. In general they DO NOT TAKE any RESPONSIBILITY for the service they provide. If something goes wrong it will definitely be YOUR FAULT, so try to avoid this company.

  Couldn't have done anymore to make this transfer a breeze. Allowed me to book for the next day with no issues. Bus was clean air conditioned and got to the airport pretty much bang on the time they said it would.
